In the fast-paced world of web development, where technology evolves at speed and challenges arise with every new project, one thing remains constant: the power of collaboration. Over the course of two decades in the industry, I've had the privilege of witnessing firsthand how certain individuals that prioritise teamwork and collective problem-solving can set the stage for success in even the most complex of challenges.

Throughout my time as a backend developer working in many companies both as an employee or contractor, I've had the pleasure of working alongside some amazing individuals who exemplify the spirit of cooperation and camaraderie. From mentors who willingly shared their knowledge and insights to teammates who rallied together in the face of adversity, these individuals have shaped my approach to problem-solving.

Among those that have had the greatest impact on me are two individuals that combined with myself became known as the "Three Amigos" (because we all start with an A) and they are Alberto Rico and Anton Lukin who I met in January 2023 for the first time when starting a new position with 15Gifts.

Alberto is a fellow backend developer, and I quickly established a harmonious working relationship upon joining the same team within the company. Our synergy enabled us to efficiently handle our respective projects whilst sharing updates that ensured seamless continuity in case of absence. Moreover, we served as mutual sounding boards, swiftly resolving obstacles through collaborative brainstorming sessions.

Anton, a frontend developer who is renowned for his encyclopaedic knowledge of historical data, became another invaluable ally when joining the team. His adeptness in retrieving pertinent information from past Slack threads or Jira tickets greatly facilitated project endeavours. Over time, our professional association also grew into a genuine friendship, culminating in joint ventures such as our collaborative efforts in research and development for which got him recgnition. Anton's expertise in crafting immersive user interfaces with ReactJS complemented my proficiency in developing RESTful APIs with Laravel, resulting in a symbiotic partnership that continues to create successfull projects.

These individuals in particular but many more like them, have taught me invaluable lessons about the importance of collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing in the world of development.
